These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of LifeNumbers and to purchases of personalised digital numerology readings from LifeNumbers.

By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with D.G. Simonis, trading as LifeNumbers, subject to these Terms and applicable mandatory law.

LifeNumbers provides numerology readings exclusively for entertainment, personal reflection, inspiration, curiosity and self-exploration.

Numerology is not scientifically established as a method capable of reliably predicting future events, determining objective personality traits, or establishing factual outcomes concerning money, relationships, careers, education, health, luck or other areas of life.

Any language concerning themes, tendencies, timing, energy, possibilities, opportunities or future developments must be understood within this entertainment and reflective context.

LifeNumbers provides a personalised digital numerology reading based on information supplied by you and numerological values calculated by our systems.

The reading may be generated using a combination of:

• predefined numerological calculation logic;
• automated software;
• artificial-intelligence-assisted text generation;
• templates and editorial instructions; and
• information supplied by you.

The reading is normally delivered electronically to the email address you provide.

Unless expressly stated otherwise before payment, each purchase is a one-time digital purchase and does not create a subscription or recurring payment obligation.

LifeNumbers does not represent, warrant, promise or guarantee that any statement, prediction, interpretation, possibility or suggested outcome in a reading is true, accurate or will occur.

In particular, LifeNumbers does not guarantee:

• future events;
• financial gain or financial loss avoidance;
• investment results;
• gambling or betting results;
• changes in luck or fortune;
• employment or career outcomes;
• educational outcomes;
• business results;
• relationship outcomes;
• marriage, separation or reconciliation;
• the behaviour of another person;
• health-related outcomes; or
• any other specific event or result.

Labels such as “Future”, “Fortune”, “Relationship”, “Work”, “Education” or “Luck” identify the theme or focus of a reading only. They are not representations that LifeNumbers can predict or control those outcomes.

A LifeNumbers reading is not and must not be regarded as:

• medical advice;
• mental-health treatment or diagnosis;
• psychological advice;
• legal advice;
• tax advice;
• financial advice;
• investment advice;
• gambling advice;
• career counselling;
• relationship counselling;
• educational advice;
• crisis support; or
• any other regulated or professional service.

Where a matter requires professional expertise, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

You agree that a LifeNumbers reading is not intended to serve as the sole, primary or decisive basis for any significant personal, financial, professional, medical, legal or commercial decision.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating information in a reading and for all actions and decisions you choose to take.

In particular, you should not rely on a reading to decide whether to:

• spend, borrow, lend or invest money;
• gamble or place bets;
• enter into a financial agreement;
• begin, end or alter a relationship;
• leave or accept employment;
• start or close a business;
• make an important educational decision;
• start, stop or alter medical or psychological treatment;
• ignore professional advice;
• enter into a legal agreement; or
• take another materially significant action.

You retain full responsibility for your life choices, actions and decisions.

LifeNumbers provides the reading. You determine what, if anything, you choose to take from it.

Any action taken because you personally interpreted, believed or associated meaning with a reading remains your own decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeNumbers does not assume responsibility for consequences arising solely from your decision to act upon entertainment or reflective content as though it were factual, predictive or professional advice.

The accuracy and personalisation of a reading depend on the information you submit.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• your name is entered correctly;
• your date of birth is correct;
• your email address is correct;
• the reading focus you select reflects your intended choice; and
• you are lawfully entitled to provide the submitted information.

LifeNumbers is not responsible for reduced personalisation, incorrect numerological calculations or failed email delivery caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

Numerology has different traditions, calculation methods, interpretations and schools of thought.

LifeNumbers uses its own defined calculation methodology for its service.

Another numerologist, book, website or service may calculate or interpret numbers differently.

A difference between a LifeNumbers reading and another numerology source does not by itself mean that the LifeNumbers product is technically defective or incorrectly delivered.

LifeNumbers uses automated technology and artificial-intelligence-assisted generation as part of producing personalised reading text.

Artificial-intelligence systems are probabilistic. Generated text may occasionally contain:

• ambiguous language;
• repetition;
• internal inconsistencies;
• generalised statements;
• factual inaccuracies;
• unexpected wording; or
• interpretations that do not personally resonate with you.

The inherently subjective nature of numerology means that LifeNumbers cannot guarantee that every interpretation will feel accurate, meaningful or personally relevant to every customer.

Subjective disagreement with a reading does not, by itself, mean the digital product fails to conform to the agreement.

Nothing in this section excludes statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

The price displayed immediately before payment applies to your purchase.

The standard LifeNumbers personalised reading is currently offered at €4.99 unless another price is clearly displayed before checkout.

Prices shown to consumers include applicable taxes where required by law.

LifeNumbers does not charge a recurring subscription fee unless a separate recurring product is expressly introduced and separately accepted by you.

Payments are processed using Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.

LifeNumbers may wait for reliable confirmation of successful payment before generating or delivering a reading.

A failed, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid payment does not create an obligation to provide or continue providing a reading, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

LifeNumbers readings are digital products and are normally delivered by email.

Processing is designed to begin shortly after successful payment.

Any delivery time shown on the website is an estimate unless LifeNumbers expressly states that a specific delivery time is guaranteed.

Delivery can occasionally be affected by technical circumstances, including third-party infrastructure.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address capable of receiving your reading.

External email services may delay, filter or classify emails as spam, junk or promotional content.

You should check these folders before concluding that a reading was not delivered.

Where reasonably possible, LifeNumbers may resend a reading if the original message was not successfully received.

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Special rules apply to digital content and services where delivery or performance begins during the statutory withdrawal period.

Where required by applicable law, LifeNumbers will ask for your express consent to begin digital delivery or performance immediately and will request any legally required acknowledgement concerning the consequences for your right of withdrawal.

These Terms do not themselves remove any statutory withdrawal right that cannot legally be waived.

Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right applies only where the legal requirements for such loss have actually been satisfied.

Because LifeNumbers readings are personalised digital products intended for rapid delivery, a refund is not automatically due merely because:

• you do not like the reading;
• you disagree with an interpretation;
• you do not feel the reading describes you;
• the reading does not emotionally resonate;
• a future event discussed in the reading does not occur;
• your relationship, career, fortune or luck develops differently from what you expected; or
• you later decide that you no longer want the reading after valid digital delivery.

This does not remove statutory remedies available under mandatory consumer law.

Where a digital product is not supplied or legally fails to conform to the agreement, LifeNumbers will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumers cannot legally waive.

Where applicable consumer law requires LifeNumbers to correct, redeliver, replace, reduce the price of or refund a digital product, those statutory rules continue to apply.

The entertainment nature of numerology does not allow LifeNumbers to exclude statutory rights relating to actual technical or contractual non-conformity.

LifeNumbers depends on third-party infrastructure, including services for:

• website hosting;
• databases and backend infrastructure;
• payment processing;
• artificial-intelligence processing;
• email delivery;
• internet connectivity; and
• other technical operations.

Providers may include Framer, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI and Resend.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeNumbers is not liable for delay, interruption or failure caused exclusively by systems or events outside its reasonable control.

This clause does not remove obligations that mandatory law places on LifeNumbers as the contracting trader.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeNumbers is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Such events may include:

• major internet outages;
• cloud infrastructure failures;
• payment-network failures;
• email infrastructure failures;
• power outages;
• cyber incidents;
• natural disasters;
• government measures;
• war or civil disruption; and
• widespread failures of essential third-party services.

Mandatory statutory remedies remain unaffected.

Subject to mandatory law, LifeNumbers and D.G. Simonis are not liable for loss or damage arising solely from:

• treating a numerology reading as factual or professional advice;
• relying on entertainment or reflective statements when making significant decisions;
• an expected, suggested or interpreted future event failing to occur;
• financial, career, relationship, educational or other expectations based on a reading;
• incorrect information supplied by you;
• prohibited or improper use of the service;
• circumstances outside LifeNumbers' reasonable control; or
• failures attributable exclusively to independent third-party infrastructure where LifeNumbers is not legally responsible for that failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeNumbers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into.

Where applicable law permits a monetary limitation of liability, LifeNumbers' total aggregate contractual liability arising directly from a particular purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific purchase.

This monetary limitation does not apply where such a limitation is prohibited by mandatory law or where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited due to the nature of the conduct, damage or statutory right involved.

This clause must be interpreted only as broadly as legally permissible.

Without limiting Section 20, LifeNumbers does not assume responsibility for a customer's independent decision to:

• invest or spend money;
• borrow money;
• gamble;
• start or end a relationship;
• accept or leave employment;
• make a business decision;
• make an educational decision;
• make a health or treatment decision;
• ignore professional advice; or
• otherwise materially alter their personal or professional circumstances.

A LifeNumbers reading is not an instruction, recommendation or professional direction to take any of these actions.

LifeNumbers branding, website design, software, templates, written structure and other original materials are owned by or licensed to LifeNumbers and may be protected by intellectual-property law.

Purchasing a reading grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use your delivered reading for your own private purposes.

You may save and print your own reading.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• commercially resell LifeNumbers readings;
• systematically reproduce or distribute our content;
• present LifeNumbers content as your own commercial service;
• copy substantial parts of the website or service for commercial exploitation; or
• otherwise infringe our intellectual-property rights.

You may not use LifeNumbers:

• for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• to attack or interfere with our systems;
• to gain unauthorised access;
• to distribute malicious code;
• to abuse automated requests;
• to circumvent payment systems;
• to impersonate another person fraudulently;
• to violate another person's rights; or
• in another manner that materially harms LifeNumbers, its users or third parties.

LifeNumbers may take reasonable measures to prevent fraud, abuse and technical attacks, subject to applicable law.

LifeNumbers aims to keep its website and systems operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent or error-free availability.

Services may temporarily be unavailable for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any statutory remedy relating to an already purchased product remains unaffected.

Please provide enough information for us to identify your order and investigate the issue.

LifeNumbers will seek to address legitimate complaints within a reasonable period.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the LifeNumbers Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is available separately on the LifeNumbers website.

LifeNumbers may update these Terms for future purchases.

The Terms applicable to a particular purchase are generally the version made available when that agreement was concluded.

A later version will not retroactively remove mandatory rights associated with an existing purchase.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or capable of being set aside under mandatory law, that provision shall apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

Where possible, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms and agreements with LifeNumbers are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using a court or dispute procedure available under mandatory jurisdiction rules.

The agreement relating to a purchase consists of the applicable offer, information provided during checkout, these Terms and any additional terms expressly agreed between you and LifeNumbers.

These Terms do not override mandatory information or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
